Month Of Coordinator

Service Description

Your event is only a month away and I am here to help straighten out all of the final touches of your special day. I will have helped you in creating a timeline of events for the day/week of, while ensuring all of the final tasks that go into making your day perfect are complete and exact to your wishes. This is an add-on package for all events and will include a 1hr meetings throughout the Month of your event and include 1-2hrs for Rehearsal Walk-Thru, and be in attendance the day of your event to ensure everyone knows what is happening before, during your event. The Month Of Coordinator will work with all the vendors and ensure timely attendance, work with the wedding party/family on times and arrival of guests/vendors, provide schedules to all vendors and assist in the setup of all décor, entries to the event and signage to have posted during the event. Also, they will help with arranging placement of DJ, Catering, Photographer, Videographer, Etc. The main duties for this role is to follow the wishes of the host(s) and follow wishes and timelines throughout the process.

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or Reschedule for The Loft you must call 48 hours prior to scheduled event time. For all other large events, you must give 30 days prior to your scheduled event and follow the terms listed in your contracted agreement.
